Cosy Chinoiserie

The brief for this project was to create a warm and welcoming living room within a modern minimalistic house. The client loves the chinoiserie décor which we paired with bright colours and sumptuous velvets. The vaulted ceiling and expansive walls were covered with beautiful wallpaper and a bespoke wall hanging inspired by V&A paradise velvet, all in a bid to minimise echo and create drama. Built-in furniture to accommodate children’s toys and an entertainment centre was designed around a new wood burning stove and fireplace.

Soft furnishings to finish off a Living/dining space

The client’s existing kitchen is finished off in modern soft close white gloss floor to ceiling units set against a fuchsia background. We provided beautiful dress curtains and silver voiles on double poles for the dining area to minimize sun glare and noise due to vaulted ceilings. The fabrics blend in beautifully with the clients existing décor.

Roman Blinds

The client required wall colour and roman blinds to enable working comfortably protected from the glare of the sun and to match in with the builtin storage already in situ. This beautiful modern fabric from Romo certainly does just that.

Master Bedroom

The client wanted an adult space they could retreat to, just for themselves. We used lovely greys on the walls and some textured wallpaper along with some mock roman blinds to bring in some pops of colour around the room.
